Directed by Jake Murray, who makes a welcome return to his hometown of Manchester with his very own Elysium Theatre Company, this production marks the play’s regional premiere and the first time Guirgis has been performed in Manchester.

Coronation Street star Jill Halfpenny leads a strong cast for the world premiere of blockbuster novel The Girl on the Train that was also a massive hit in the cinema.
Halfpenny will play Rachel Watson, the disillusioned commuter who finds herself as a murder suspect in this brand new stage adaptation of Paula Hawkins’ gripping thriller at West Yorkshire Playhouse, adapted by Rachel Wagstaff and Duncan Abel.
