Wonderland is a story of love and self-discovery. No matter if you’re a mum, the daughter or the neighbour who needs to pluck up the courage to ask you on a date.

Right from the start, musical number after musical number comes from Frank Wildhorn and beautifully performed by a truly talented cast.

Kerry Ellis and Rachel Wilding are sharing the role of Alice, a mum who want to change her future, fired from her dreary job and losing her house keys on her birthday means her 12year old Daughter Ellie (Naomi Morris) shines as the sarky teenager once she's had her transformation through the looking glass.

Jack (Stephen Webb) goes with them down the Rabbit hole chasing after the White Rabbit (Dave Willetts) and they meet a Whitt and soulful caterpillar (Kayi Ushe) and the lovable trickster Essex-styled Cat (Dominic Owen). Wendi Peters injects lots of comedy and eats her way into the Jam Tart eating hall of fame as the Queen of Hearts.

Much fame and storytelling comes from the fabulous Natalie McQueen. The Female Mad Hatter make a great and delightful change, feminism is key to her casting and it works beautifully in our 2017 climate.

Witty humour and great words to this modern and "unfaithful" take on a classic Lewis Carroll story means we'll all be transported to the magical world.

Keep your head and return to the real world. Lose your head and stay there forever! Boy band, rock band, and true tear jerkers take you through the Jamtastical musical!

Don't miss it this in your 2017 calendar Aimed at slight older children 8+ to adults alike you'll all find something in this musical that will be love. Your kids may say "Why am I coming to the theatre?" But they'll love you after!!

Wonderland continues at the Edinburgh Playhouse until 28th January before embarking on a full UK tour. http://www.wonderlandthemusical.com/
