Following the huge success of “A One Night Stand with Musical Theatre” featuring Louise Dearman earlier this month, North West End are teaming up with Jordan Smart to bring you another night of musical theatre, but this time with a twist!
Returning once again to Manchester’s Bierkeller the latest instalment of A One Night Stand is entitled “Musical Mash-Up” and will see 22 acts from the region do battle to win a first prize of £250. It is a competition with a difference however with all the acts taking part performing songs originally written for performers of the opposite sex. Get ready to hear a male version of “Defying Gravity” or a female take on “Singing in the Rain”.
Applications open today for those wishing to take part in the event which will be held on the 17th August as mentioned above at Manchester’s Bierkeller within the Printworks complex. On the night itself our audience will vote for their favourite performance before the top 2 acts sing off with the winner being decided by a panel of industry experts.
